I'm unfamiliar with MTE and Meridian Max. I've been tasked with
implementing some new software called Aspect eWorkforce Manager.
Basically, MTE needs to pull reports from Max and print them to a file
on the machine with eWorkforce Manager. eWorkforce Manager with take
these files and create reports and such. I'm unable to get MTE to
print to a file. I follow the instructions in the MTE users guide but
it seems something is missing. I've added my Meridian Max systems into
the address book. Each one is configured to print to a foldere on the
machine with eWorkforce Manager. MTE is running on the same machine.
I open up one of the address in the address book, I go into system
Administration mode, hit ctrl + p, hit f2 (options), go down to data
streaming, and then fill in the local printer information. I leave the
printer type as data stream and the printer name I just put the name of
the machine and save it. I then try to print a report but nothing
every happens.
Does anything need to be configured in Meridian max for me to be able
to do data streaming and print to this machine?
