We recently upgraded our KSU to the MICS 7.0 cabinet from an old 8x24
cabinet with DR5 software.

We had all legacy M series phones, and slowly as they die I'm
replacing with T series phones.

My problem is that when I add a T7208 phone to the system, it is
operating in Legacy mode (where the message indicator not working, and
the little LCD icons for pickup, hold, etc are not functioning.

When I go into the set administration, the KSU seems to detect the
hardware at that phone extension as M7208 instead of T7208.

We have 3 T7316 phones on the system that detect as a T series and all
features work, so I know what the 7208 phones should be doing.

Any ideas?
