If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options Update: The router managed to renew its WAN IP all by itself. Not sure
why it worked. I did a hard reset this AM after it failed to renew the
address, but since then I also had the other problem because I had put
the switch back in.
Ugh. I'd be thrilled if the router would continue to do the DHCP
renewal without incident, but I still don't understand this issue that
happens when I hook up the switch.
I'm sticking with the hub for now. If it behaves for a few days, i'll
try putting the switch back in and see what happens.
