Hi, (sorry not exactly a cisco question..)

We are using kiwi cat tools to backup the configs of our cisco gear,
the box that cat tools is running on is in a dmz, to make life a lot
easier I am wanting to have cat tools run its backup, then zip up all
the files and email out an archive of all the configs, does anyone do
something similar to this?

Is there an easier way to do it than a bat script?

ideally, cat tools would trigger the script on completion of the
backup, winzip or winrar would zip up the files with a timestamp then
it would email the file.

any ideas please?

Flamer.
