If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Is there a test I can do on site to see if someone's ISP will support
VPN protocols? Or a list somewhere that publishes such a thing (for UK
ISPs)?

Hi Rob,
Just take demo versions of vpn products from openvpn.com or
www.vpnsolution.info and test it with your ISPs.
