If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Hi

I have several Mitel IP phones that i need to reset to their factory
defaults. Do anyone know what is the process for doing this?

Hold down the # key while powering on the phone. Answer yes to modify
setting, no to just view the setting. When you get to network setting,
I think it is press 0 to reset phone.
