I hope someone in this group can help me identify the software being
used in this presentation:

Since that link is to a blog, and the content is subject to change, I
am talking about the content that is presented as video (and has a
cloud with the word play inside), Whatever it is, it is a very
effective tool which allows stills, animation, telestration and a live
camera. I believe what I'm seeing is recorded in real time.
Any help will be appreciated.
