The owners of SinglePoint Networks created an all-in-one phone/computer
system for small to medium sized business. There are companies that
offer this but very few offer phone system integration with the
computer network. The idea is for owners to completely outsource their
technology needs to us and have one point of contact. Doing this will
keep their system up to date with software upgrades and they will have
a professional IT team that provides: expertise, hardware, support,
internet service, phone service (VoIP), T1s, PRIs, web/email hosting,
remote backup, etc.

For the computers we use thin clients that connect to the main server,
making computer management easier, less time consuming, and less
expensive. The phone systems are internet based. We prefer to use
Polycom because it is less expensive than Cisco and the quality seems
to be the same.

They pay a montly fee that covers all of the above items, which lowers
the companies overhead and lets them focus on work not technology.

We are experienced in asterisk and offer consulting, Cisco, Linux,
programming, and more. We are also resellers of Polycom, digium, and
Linksys hardware.

We are interested in partnering with technology providers that can
possibly help us improve our current system and companies that have
business customers, which can benefit from our solutions. If you are
interested visit our site at www.singlepointnetworks.com or drop me an
email to trentb@singlepointnetworks.com
