I'm setting up a Flash 2.0 4 Port on a MICS 5.0 PRI Service

I have reset the Flash and started clean but I'm having issues...

1. If I have the Flash answer all lines all calls go to the General
Mailbox (No Greeting, No Home Menu) CCR is enabled for Greeting 1
(Greetings 1-4 are recorded and Home Menu is Recorded and setup)

2. If I don't have the Flash answer any lines and I push the call to
the VM port via target line settings all calls go to the General
Mailbox (No Greeting, No Home Menu) CCR is enabled for Greeting 1
(Greetings 1-4 are recorded and Home Menu is Recorded and setup)

3. I need to be able to route inbound calls to ext and fax machines.
How would you do this if you also have Flash answering all lines as in
situtation 1 above?

Thanks in advance!

Joe
