Hi,

I'm looking to export a few hundred thousand lines of call detail
records accumulated in a
Cinphony II system log file. The Cinphony software refuses to process
the file, stating the
file is corrupted, or in some way less than perfect.

The file continues to grow as calls are placed. The file format is
undocumented. We no
longer have a support contract with Cintech, the manufacturer, for
reasons beyond the
scope of this e-mail.

Anyone have a program to perform this operation (of exporting the data
into a CSV file,
or similar)? Anyone out there with the file format specification?

Help or some assistance would be much appreciated.
