Hello,

We're reprovisioning an old OM3400 which has an NTN421BA Enhanced
Shelf Processor onboard. It's been in storage for a few years but now
we don't have any staff who know the admin password.

Is there a procedure to factory reset the SP so we can recomission
this unit? I see there is a small row of pins onboard which could be
jumpered. Otherwise maybe there's a serial-break procedure which
could be used?

Thanks,
Carl
