Q: How do I get the maximum possible DSL or cable modem speed?
Should I use one of those tweaking programs?

On this subject:

My local ISP is Comcast (in central Florida)
Sometimes my internet slows to a crawl. I figure that is their fault
due to too many folks active. Am I correct?
