Does anyone know of an ethernet switch on a PCI card?

Years ago, I had a 10BaseT card which was a 5-port hub on
an ISA card (one port being a NIC on the ISA bus and the
other 4 ports on the back of the card for external
connections). It was very useful, but I've not seen
anything like it since.

home networking made easy, greater protection, less stress, introducing nm 5.0, 728x90

Ah, that's exactly what I'm looking for.
Unfortunately, I can't find any UK suppliers,
so it looks like I'll have to import some.

From reading around, it would appear to look
like a Realtek 8139 to the host system.

There's the NC150T PCI 4-port Gigabit Combo Switch Adapter from HP:
