If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

I have contacted crystal voice two weeks back, but I have not got reply
from them.

We have got a problem when we are using “Click-To-Talk” software , from
outside our organization, the error message that I have received is
attached.

I am pretty sure that I have enabled ActiveX, this is what I have
done:

I am using IE V7, I tried FireFox as well.
