If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Is it possible to use the next-hop-self command when you a using
loopback IP's (update source loopback10 between IBGP peers?

Yes.

Make sure you have a route to the iBGP neighbor though when configuring
peering over Loopbacks or your BGP won't establish.
