I've got a 460 24T PWR Switch that I have connected via fiber to the
netowrk. I can ping the switch from a machine on my network as well as
access the web interface.

If I plug a computer directly into the switch using copper ethernet,
the link light does not come up and I am not connected. Is there
something that needs to change or something that needs to be enabled so
that these ports work?

I have them all enabled to autonegotiate. Any ideas?
